Delivery terms
Current order fulfilment time: up to 14 working days.
Delivery is always free:) Please remember that certain requirements set by the courier company must be met for the courier to deliver pellets to you. Cash on delivery costs 20 zł.

We deliver pellets on pallets (1 t) by courier, using a high-capacity vehicle of up to 12 t equipped with a tail lift. Deliveries are made on working days only, between 8.00 and 16.00.
We ship within Poland. If delivery to the Customer’s property is not possible, we can agree on an alternative unloading address.
We currently fulfil orders within 14 working days of the date funds reach our account. During periods of increased demand, this may take a little longer; in that case, we will agree a delivery date with you.
Due to the weight of the delivery vehicle, deliveries are only made to properties with a hard-surfaced access route, so please let us know if your driveway is not hard-surfaced. The courier cannot leave a pallet on soft ground because they use a special pallet truck.
Please always check the condition of your consignment in the courier’s presence. If you see any damage, report it to the courier so that a damage report can be completed. Send the completed and signed report to our email address.
If you need to return goods by courier, remember that they must be in the same form in which they were delivered: on a pallet and secured with stretch wrap. Confirm the return cost with the courier company.
