In consideration of the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations aimed at preventing data disclosure to unauthorized persons. We monitor the compliance therewith and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts - the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all kinds of secondary legislation and Community law acts.

Personal Data are processed based on the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Controller to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or for the purpose of implementing a contract concluded between the parties.

The website fulfils the function of obtaining information about the users and their behaviour in the following way:

Scope of data processing: first name, surname, residential or delivery address, telephone number, email address and bank account number.

Data processing period: Data will be processed during the period before the contract is concluded, during its performance and after its performance for the period required by law.
Personal data will be processed to conclude or perform a civil-law contract, where necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, or where necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the above-mentioned Regulation, and, if the Customer consents, also for marketing purposes
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to fulfil the purpose.
Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorised by law, such as public administration bodies, and to entities involved in performing the civil-law contract, such as suppliers (manufacturers), courier and postal companies, as well as the selected entity handling payments in the online Shop.
Personal data are retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose, including accounting and tax purposes in accordance with applicable regulations, and for the limitation period for claims related to performance of the contract.
The Customer has the right, including by electronic means, to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, data portability where processing is automated, and to submit a statement withdrawing consent at any time where data are processed on the basis of consent, as well as the right to object to processing where data are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2 00-193 Warszawa. Personal data may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Matters not governed by these terms and conditions are subject to the Civil Code and the relevant provisions of Polish law, as well as European Union law, in particular the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
