Zachowano brzmienie, liczby i pisowni\u0119 orygina\u0142u. --><\/p>\n<p><strong>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE \u201cDiscount Coupons for DEFRO Boiler Users\u201d PROMOTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a7 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The organiser of the \u201cDiscount Coupons for DEFRO Boiler Users\u201d promotion (hereinafter the \u201cPromotion\u201d) is POLI TRADE POLSKA sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105, with its registered office in Tychy at: 43-100 Tychy, ul. Biblioteczna 10\/22, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Katowice-Wsch\u00f3d in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000186103, NIP 954 246 04 64, with fully paid-up share capital of 690.000,00 z\u0142, operating the online shop at <a href=\"http:\/\/fenikspellets.eu\/en\/\">fenikspellets.eu<\/a> (hereinafter the \u201cOrganiser\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>The Promotion Partner is DEFRO R. Dziube\u0142a sp\u00f3\u0142ka komandytowa, with its registered office at ul. Powiatowej 111A, 26-067 Ruda Strawczy\u0144ska, tax identification number (NIP) 9591968493 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPartner\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>The Promotion is organised within the territory of the Republic of Poland and runs from 03.07.2026 until further notice.<\/li>\n<li>The Promotion aims to provide users of DEFRO boilers with dedicated discount coupons for purchasing pellets in the Organiser\u2019s online shop and to enable them to participate in future promotions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 2. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS AND VERIFICATION (REGISTRATION)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Any entity that owns a DEFRO boiler may participate in the Promotion (hereinafter the \u201cParticipant\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the Promotion and obtaining \u201cVerified User\u201d status require successful registration on the Organiser\u2019s dedicated website at <a href=\"https:\/\/fenikspellets.eu\/en\/promocja-defro\/\">https:\/\/fenikspellets.eu\/promocja-defro\/<\/a> .<\/li>\n<li>During registration, the Participant must provide the following:\n<ul>\n<li>First name and surname,<\/li>\n<li>Email address,<\/li>\n<li>The correct, unique serial number of the DEFRO boiler owned by the Participant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Organiser verifies the validity of the DEFRO boiler serial number entered. Successful verification is a prerequisite for entitlement to receive discount coupons. Each boiler serial number may only be used once in the system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 3. PROMOTION RULES AND DISCOUNT COUPONS<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Information about the Promotion and the registration link are communicated by the Partner on its official website and through its information channels.<\/li>\n<li>Every Participant who successfully completes registration and boiler number verification is able to generate three (3) unique discount coupons in their account:\n<ul>\n<li>Coupon worth 150 z\u0142<\/li>\n<li>Coupon worth 100 z\u0142<\/li>\n<li>Coupon worth 50 z\u0142<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The generated discount coupons may only be used in the Organiser\u2019s online shop <a href=\"http:\/\/fenikspellets.eu\/en\/\">fenikspellets.eu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Discount coupons apply exclusively to purchases of Feniks Pellets Premium pellets<\/li>\n<li>Coupons cannot be combined within a single order or with other promotions in the Organiser\u2019s shop, unless the terms of the particular order provide otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>By registering for the programme, the Participant is entered into the permanent database of verified customers. This entitles them to participate in further, additional promotions and receive dedicated discount codes for future purchases, should the Organiser announce such offers in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Organiser is the controller of the personal data of Participants in the Promotion<\/li>\n<li>Purpose and legal basis of data processing:\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Personal data (first name, surname, email, boiler number) are processed to implement and administer the Promotion, including verifying DEFRO boiler user status and granting and redeeming discount coupons (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 performance of the contract\/terms and conditions).<\/li>\n<li>Where voluntary consent is given, data (email address) will be processed for the purpose of sending information about future promotional campaigns, additional discount codes and marketing materials (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR \u2013 consent) in the Organiser\u2019s shop<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Personal data will be retained for the duration of the Promotion and, after it ends, until any potential claims become time-barred or \u2013 in the case of marketing consent (paragraph 2 b) \u2013 until the Participant withdraws that consent.<\/li>\n<li>The Participant has the right to access, rectify and erase their data (&quot;right to be forgotten&quot;), restrict processing, data portability and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal).<\/li>\n<li>Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Promotion and generate discount coupons, and, in the case of marketing consent, &#8211; to benefit from marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Participants\u2019 data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the EEA) or subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, in a manner that produces legal effects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 5. COMPLAINTS<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Participants may submit any complaints relating to the operation of the Promotion, problems with boiler number verification or the functioning of discount coupons by email to: <a href=\"mailto:Biuro@politrade.pl\">Biuro@politrade.pl<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A complaint should include the Participant\u2019s first name, surname, email address and a description of the problem.<\/li>\n<li>The Organiser will consider complaints within 14 days of receiving them and inform the Participant of the decision by email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 6. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>These Terms and Conditions are the sole document governing the Promotion.<\/li>\n<li>The terms and conditions are available on the Organiser\u2019s website.<\/li>\n<li>The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or end the Promotion if stocks of Feniks Premium pellets are exhausted.
